Marketing And Communications Executive

We are currently working with a Real Estate Investment Management firm who are looking for a Marketing and Communications Executive to join them on a permanent basis.

You will be joining a leading and fast-growing business working closely with the Investor Relations and Communications Manager producing presentations to assist the fundraising across the firms investment programme.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Preparing marketing materials,
• Liaising with Compliance to ensure documents are appropriately reviewed,
• Preparing press releases,
• Maintaining the PR and corporate communications grid,
• Looking after investor relations inbox and dealing with queries,
• Administrative tasks including organising, preparing meetings, and managing quarterly reports.

The successful candidate will have gained a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar setting conducting the above duties. It is essential you have reporting/presentation writing experience along with conducting press releases.
