We're excited to be partnering this successful, market leading organisation in their search for a Marketing & Events Coordinator, ensuring that all administrative and organisational support is provided pro-actively and efficiently.

This role will help develop and enhance the quality and experience of the business’s customers and internal colleagues.

The role will provide the successful candidate with their chance to develop within the Marketing team and beyond. Strong general administrative and organisational skills are essential as much of the work will be deadline critical, especially where the organisation of events and related meetings are concerned - if you've booked meetings/travel and allocated calendar/diary time in the past, that would be a strong fit.

Key duties include:

• Managing the registration process for company events, as well as sending out invites to attendees.
• Arranging travel and accommodation around the UK and Europe for courses and company congresses.
• Assisting in the rollout of new marketing campaigns by collating and distributing marketing material.
• Updating and refreshing existing and new training material.
• Working closely with the sales team to ensure up-to-date product knowledge.
• Researching and booking events with both internal and external contacts.
