Salary: £45,311 – £54,084 per annum

Hours: 37 per week
Location: Across all campus sites – Crewe, Ellesmere Port and Chester
We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing and Events Manager to join our team working across our three campuses. This is an excellent opportunity for an innovative and inspiring individual to lead the Marketing, Admissions and Reception team to promote the College’s vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong and positive leadership and management of the Marketing, Admissions and Reception team, working across the College and collaboratively with peers to promote all aspects of College experiences, opportunities and provision;
Take responsibility for: Marketing, Admissions and Reception, PR and Communications, brand identity, event management, web and social media development and implementation and market research, design, methodology and channel approach to LMI.
Be a valued member of the College Leadership Team (CLT) and work closely with the College Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
Key Person Specification Requirements:
Degree and/or comparable professional qualification;
Full and valid UK driving licence;
Evidence of on-going professional development;
Relevant experience as a manager within a sector which is driven by quality and customer service;
A management style that motivates and inspires others to achieve outstanding results at pace with exceptional results; and
Experience of leading, developing and contributing to strategic and operational plans.
