Marketing and Web Assistant - internship

Cassandra Goad is a contemporary fine jewellery brand that has been crafting luxury jewels for almost 40 years themed on her journeys, each collection telling a unique story. As part of an exciting expansion strategy Cassandra Goad is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Marketing and Web Assistant intern. This is a paid internship for 6-12mths.

This post is an exciting opportunity to join a small, busy team at a leading British luxury brand based on the store on Sloane Street, London. The successful applicant will assist the team across the Brand Strategy and Marketing areas of the business to deliver exciting and creative marketing activity both in store and on line. The role will involve working with senior staff and stakeholders, and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of the brand and take part in its Brand Strategy ahead of the 40th anniversary. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for the organisation of the company image library, providing essential support for all areas of the business from boutique sales to e-commerce and marketing activity.

Main activities / responsibilities

• Assist with the creation of a new e-commerce platform providing an engaging, up to date, exciting and informed experience for all customers
• Build new PLP and LP in alignment with brand image and ensuring new model images are distributed on site seasonally
• Ownership of the marketing calendar - working up to 24 months in advance and covering all areas from Press, Boutique, Online and New Collections
• Creation of weekly newsletters and blogs to help meet brand goals
• Assist with Social Media
• Collaborate with Cassandra on copy - both for edits, gift guides, special projects, social media and guidelines for the brand
• Assist the marketing team with the production of all digital marketing material, including creation of digital catalogues and gift guides
• Maintain and update the company image library, ensuring images are available to the team in the appropriate formats and for multi-use for print, digital and social media
• Coordinate and ensure the smooth running of the in house still life photography process of new designs and bespoke projects
• Assist with photo shoots, sourcing of props, helping set up and supporting models etc. and the follow up of image filing

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• Professional, ambitious and enthusiastic about crafted luxury with fantastic eye for detail
• Understanding of the importance of promoting and reflecting the image of a luxury brand
• Technical and digital knowledge of platforms and digital tools
• Some knowledge of Photoshop, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Organised, able to multitask, prioritise and problem solve
• Passion for jewellery, its creation from raw materials and sustainability
• Flexible, self-motivated, reliable, helpful and keen to flourish in a small and dynamic team
