Marketing Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing assistant to join our team. As a Digital Marketing assistant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and has a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Duties:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and create buyer personas
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO)
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand loyalty
- Create engaging content for blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and other marketing materials
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure brand consistency
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with project management tools such as Trello or Asana
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
