The Role
As a Marketing Assistant, you'll provide essential administrative support to our marketing promotions department, ensuring the smooth execution of retail support, management of point-of-sale (POS) materials, and much more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Retail Support desk enquiries and actions with efficiency.
- Oversee the management of POS stock and organise reprints as necessary.
- Guarantee timely and efficient delivery of marketing POS to stores.
- Maintain up-to-date databases and spreadsheets relevant to the department.
- Offer administrative support to the promotions team as needed.
- Engage in additional ad hoc project work related to marketing.
- Take on other activities or projects as requested.
Location:
Based in Nuneaton, this role operates under a hybrid model with 2-3 days a week on-site, supporting flexibility and productivity.
The Person
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Effective team player with a co-operative spirit.
- Proficiency in PC use, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
