?? Contract Details: Temporary - Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (9-5pm)

?? Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales and Marketing team to achieve our company growth targets. Are you ready to dive into a fast-paced environment where you can be involved in all aspects of the Marketing function?

Key accountabilities:

• Daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth coordination of department activities.
• Respond to customer reviews across various online portals, providing excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on competitor activities, both in print and digital.
• Assist in organising successful promotional events from start to finish.
• Write and proofread marketing literature, including brochures and press releases.
• Create and post captivating online content on our company's website and social media platforms.
• Update website content and event information across all communities.
• Support the PR function with press releases and updates on press coverage.
• Assist with email marketing, including content creation and distribution.
• Provide assistance to the Media Manager during photo shoots and filming days.
• Gather data and compile reports on social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.
• Collaborate on the distribution of campaigns across our online and print platforms.
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing, Senior Marketing Executive, and Director of Sales & Marketing on various projects.

?? Requirements:

• Previous experience as a marketing administrator or assistant preferred, but we are open to considering Apprenticeship/Graduate applicants.
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Positive interpersonal skills for effective communication.

Systems:

• Familiarity with digital software platforms such as CRM systems, WordPress, and Email Marketing platforms (e.g., Mail Chimp) preferred.
