Our client is an industry leader within their field specialising in the commercial interiors market focused on newbuild and refurbishment projects in the public sector.

Due to continuing growth, the company is now looking to employ a Marketing Assistant to be based at their Southern offices, which due to location would suit candidates living in the Surrey, Hampshire or Berkshire areas. 

You main focus will be to assist the Marketing Manager to promote the business and contribute to the sales and marketing campaigns by raising awareness of the brand and products.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email and website.
• Creating engaging and persuasive content for marketing materials, websites, social media, and other platforms. 
• Monitoring and analysing marketing performance metrics across social media and email marketing
• Managing digital marketing activities such as email marketing, and social media to drive website traffic and conversions. 
• Staying up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and threats. 
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development and projects to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. 

To apply you should have working knowledge of Hub Spot, Adobe Create Suite, a CMS, Microsoft Office and marketing software tools such as Google Analytics and social media management platforms.

On offer is a salary of up to £28,000 (maybe more depending on experience) plus up to 15% company bonus, free on-site parking, wellbeing programme and 31 days holiday including bank holidays.
