Marketing Assistant - Get in Focus Media/ Leisure Focus

An exciting opportunity arose for a candidate who has the ability to blend creative, administrative, communication and marketing skills. Multitasking and working towards strict deadlines are also desired skills!

Summary of duties and responsibilities

Creative

• Managing social media pages of Leisure Focus and content scheduling
• Analyse our ongoing campaigns using web analytics
• Submitting ideas for marketing programmes designed to enhance the company’s brand
• Utilise videography and photography skills to create engaging visual content for various marketing campaigns and initiatives, showcasing creativity and attention to detail
• Passion for content creation, with a keen eye for storytelling and visual communication

Administrative

• Communicating with clients, customers and external companies
• Creating and delivering presentations internally
• Managing our marketing collateral inventory (branded leaflets, posters, clothing and other related materials)
• Working on campaigns, including strategic planning, implementation, and analysis, to drive effective marketing initiatives and achieve campaign objectives

General

• Day to day administration (emails, calls, incoming enquiries)
• Supporting company events, conferences and trade shows (including bodybuilding, white-collar boxing, mixed material arts, Opera shows and community events)

THE CANDIDATE

Desired Skills and experience

• Knowledge and understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube and other emerging social media
• Knowledge of analytics software including Hootsuite and Social Blade
• Previous marketing experience or a degree in a related field is preferred
• Experience with editing software such Adobe Suite and Davinci Resolve
• Demonstrated experience in videography and photography, showcasing the ability to create compelling visual content
