Position Type: Full-time – 4 days in the office, 1 day at home. Flexible start and finish times between 8AM and 6PM

Role Overview:

Are you passionate about desserts and eager to dive into the world of marketing?

We're seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts as we elevate the Heavenly Desserts brand. You'll be a self-motivated individual ready to take your marketing career. Your focus will the day to day marketing within the business, from running local campaigns, responding to guests aswell as looking at key calendar dates. This role is based in Derby (Pride Park) 4 days a week and one day at home, but occasional travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing the central marketing calendar, collaborating with operations teams, and providing guidance to franchisees.

Coordinate with printers to produce and distribute marketing materials to all locations.

Contribute to the planning, creation, and execution of PR and marketing campaigns for new openings.

Support franchise restaurants and area managers by approving and facilitating agreed-upon marketing activities.

Aid in the execution of the franchise marketing strategy for both domestic and international markets.

Provide regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns, email marketing, and app engagement.

Craft engaging social media content, including managing paid Facebook ads. ( Local Marketing)

Coordinate with photographers and videographers to produce monthly assets for social media and campaigns.

Respond to requests from potential franchisees, and guests.

Assist in drafting press releases and award entries in collaboration with our PR agency.

Cultivate relationships with bloggers and influencers to amplify brand awareness.

Qualifications and Experience:

GCSE or Equivalent

Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

Knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing is beneficial.

Strong marketing acumen across various platforms preferred.

Required Skills:

Familiarity with retail or restaurant operations.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
