Marketing Automation Manager- Hubspot

 I am working with an international company in West Malling to find their next Marketing Automation Manager. For this role you will be responsible for designing and building lead generation campaigns through Hubspot that drive their commercial performance across the region. 

Main Duties: 

** Contribute to the development of an integrated marketing strategy to acquire new customers and retain clients via Marketing Automation programs
** Creating lead generation campaign plans and roadmaps 
** Create best-in-class emails from conception to completion 

** Testing new email marketing templates, techniques, and messages to optimise campaign performance
** Collaborate with various teams on the ideation of campaigns and on the design and copy/content part of campaigns
** Analyse and report on campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement
** Develop an advanced understanding of the lead management process, ensure it is implemented to best effect and optimised wherever possible

What we need from you:
** At least 3-5 years' experience of email marketing 

** An excellent understanding of Hubspot and experience with email automation with it 
** Attention to detail and excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
** Strong copywriting and communication skills
