Marketing & Brand Executive

Help plan, design and implement engaging marketing activity that provides the best return of investment for our wholesale and direct to consumer channels.

• Help to plan, design and implement engaging marketing campaigns that raise awareness of the company, drive sales and generate the best return on investment for both our Business to Business and direct to consumer revenue streams.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns, journey flows and sales flows including the set-up, testing, scheduling, and deployment of one-time, recurring, and triggered campaigns designed to promote retention, engagement, activation and increase the CLTV of the Company’s existing customer base.
• Utilise data to build customer segmentations and targeting. Work with stakeholders to build email targeting lists.
• Create and design marketing material that can be used across the companies online platforms, social media and print media, including flyers and catalogues.
• Implement testing measures to ensure the best return on investment, including A/B testing, customer feedback and data analysis.
• Monitor, track, and communicate campaign results and KPI’s with stakeholders and provide actionable insights and improvements for future development.
• Plan, Design and schedule social media content and blog content that represents the brand and provides a strong ROI.
• Identify and manage partnership opportunities with 3rd parties, including cross-marketing campaigns, product swaps, competitions and customer “surprise and delight” gifts that improves customer experience and engagement.
• To regularly review set KPI’s, prepare regular activity reports and metrics and report directly to the Line Manager..
• To undertake ad hoc projects as required in order to meet the needs of the business.
• To contribute to process and systems development, by making suggestions and recommendations to the directors, in order to assist in the growth and success of the Company.
• To assist colleagues and to support the Company generally, through undertaking additional duties and tasks from time to time as and when required.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:

• Previous experience or qualification within marketing.
• Experience in Graphic Design and/or marketing design.
• Previous experience with email marketing.
• Competent in data analysis.
• Knowledge of retail e-commerce.
• Experience using the Adobe Suite.
• Experience of using Microsoft Office (in particular Excel) and google suite..
• GCSE Math and English or equivalent at Grade C or higher.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,009.00-£27,501.00 per year
