Marketing Campaigns Co-ordinator – Part Time

This role will work across our Personal Lines products: Home, Motor and Bespoke. NFU Mutual Bespoke Home Insurance is specially designed for High-Net-Worth individuals looking to cover high-value homes with contents over £150,000 which can be tailored around their specific lifestyle and needs. It is an exciting time to join the Personal Lines Marketing team with 2024 being the 10-year anniversary of when the first Bespoke policy sale was made and also as we look to develop our online capability with our Home and Motor products., We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Campaigns Co-ordinator within the team to help us deliver against our growth ambitions.

This is a permanent, Part Time role (minimum of 30 hours per week) to support and assist the Marketing Campaigns Consultant by co-ordinating the delivery of integrated, data driven, multi-channel campaigns specific to our Personal Lines customer base. You’ll join our wider team of twenty-five and will be part of our growing and forward-thinking Marketing & Digital division.

Working on 2-3 campaigns at one time, you’ll write exciting campaign briefs and play a key role in the creative process delivering marketing collateral, webpages and direct marketing as required. You will build strong relationships with channel owners across the division to ensure seamless campaign execution. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that every campaign stays on track, raising issues and risks proactively to keep us ahead of the game. Collaboration is key in our fast-paced environment, and you'll thrive as you liaise with third-party suppliers to support the delivery of campaigns to time, regulatory standards, and budget. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines will be crucial as you maintain a culture of "test and learn," constantly pushing the boundaries to drive continuous improvement.

You have experience of assisting in the delivery of multi-media, integrated campaigns and have worked in a similar role in a marketing environment. You are curious about data and have knowledge of data driven campaign selections and analysis. You are organised with the ability to multi-task and have excellent attention to detail. You have proven stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build strong working relationships both within a team and externally. An understanding of working in a regulated environment as well as GDPR and direct marketing is desirable.
