Marketing Communications Executive

I am recruiting a Marketing Communications (MarComms) Executive to join a well-established global B2B corporation based in Crewe. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a tight-knit group of marketing professionals, reporting to the Head of Marketing, who provides excellent mentorship and professional growth opportunities. You will be responsible for various marcomms activities, including content creation for all channels, employer branding, and both online and offline campaigns, as well as driving Marketing Communications and brand strategy across EMEA, with some global exposure including USA.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead several major marketing projects which will include creating written, photographic, and video content for the following projects:

• Testimonial/Case Studies - We have some amazing customer stories to tell, and we need you to help us spread the word!
• Product photography & Demonstration Videos - Our products are awesome at what they do, and we need to ensure they look the part too.
• Support hub content (for our software products) - Our proprietary software is developed in house, so we need to augment our learning and resource centre for its customers.
• Web Content - The group has a family of brands, all of which have their own visual identity, tone of voice etc., you will be the champion ensuring the content stays en pointe.

You will be an integral part of the team, utilizing the content and campaigns you create to assist with the implementation of the overall marketing strategy across the group. A significant proportion of your time will be involved in reactive marketing, according to things such as: news stories, local events, internationally recognised days, internal sales data, and any other trending topics.

Skills and Experience (Essential):

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in communications and/or marketing.
• Possess an undergraduate degree (equivalent to a 2:1 or higher) or Equivalent Qualification (HND, Apprenticeship etc.)
• Strong writing skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with best practices in effective communications and marketing.
• Copywriting
• Adobe Creative Cloud Skills
• Basic understanding of marketing theory, i.e., marketing mix, customer journeys etc.
• Desirable Experience
• SEO, PPC, CRM, SMM
