Form of workOur team is growing, and we are looking for a proactive, creative individual who can help support the implementation of our communication plans. A varied and hands-on role, the Marketing Communications Executive will have responsibility for delivering a wide range of projects that fully articulate the business’ key priorities and that connect with audiences - both internal and external.
Working with colleagues from across the business, the role will require the ability to seek out news, to recognise and react to communication challenges, and to support the development of solutions that help shape our communication strategy.
Areas of focus include corporate communications, employee engagement, event support and employer branding.
Main Responsibilities- Evolve current communication methods for greater reach and impact
- Plan, implement and develop projects and plans
- Monitor and report on project activity
- Provide advice and guidance on communication solutions to business teams
- Hands-on delivery of projects including the production of engaging content such as presentations, press releases, video and other materials
- Support the delivery of company events, including identifying potential events and/or speaker opportunities
- Liaise with agency partners and other suppliers
- Copywriting and proofreading
- Guard and maintain the corporate brand, messaging and tone of voice, across all communications.
- 3+ years in a communications role.
- Proven track record in producing a range of collateral.
- Experience of digital marketing techniques including email campaigns, SEO and AdWords.
- Working knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics and MailChimp.
- Understanding of public relations.
- Experience in event support/management
- Demonstrable experience of producing high calibre written content.
