- Lead national B2B campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and effective coordination across internal teams and sales channels.
- Foster relationships with multiple marketing agencies, providing precise briefs and challenging them to deliver high-quality work anonymously.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Product Managers to launch new products and execute national campaigns.
- Take full ownership of communication channels, including Digital & Print Media, PR, Social Media, and Email.
- Manage the overall brand and product experience across online and offline sales channels, maximising commercial opportunities with Key Account Managers and Business Development Managers.
- Contribute to brand positioning and marketing strategy, lead a diverse team, and support budget management and decision-making processes anonymously.
