This role is varied and would suit a creative person who has experience with marketing and a passion for helping customer with their enquiries by phone, email or online messaging.
In a Marketing capacity your main duties will be:
- Website - Editing and creating new landing pages, blogs, banners and product content.
- Social media - Creation and delivery of content to Channels, such as Tiktok, X & Meta.
- Engaging and growing customers either by Social media or Email
Based on Experience this role may include the following:
- Creation and managing marketing spend using PPC campaigns for Google, Amazon, eBay and Etsy.
- Creating or improving product listings on Shopify, Amazon, eBay and Etsy.
This role would suit someone who is passionate about good Customer Service and growing brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Ideally 1 years’ experience in a similar role delivering engaging content across social channels.
- Strong organisational skills and a confident communicator
- Understanding of SEO
- Ability to create and market engaging blogs about current business activities
- Ability to engage and grow an active audience for our products and services
Advantage if experienced in a following area:
- PPC
- Listings on Shopify, eBay, Amazon or Etsy
- Graphic design using tools such as Photoshop
- Creating videos for Youtube or Tiktok
Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays and progressive salary based on results.
