Studying towards the Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeshipyou’ll build the foundations of brand management whilst working with some of the UK’s most iconic and loved brands such as Cadbury, Oreo, belVita, Philadelphia and many more.

You get to earn while you learn – and your classroom training is all backed up with practical experience and the support of a mentor and buddy. You’ll learn how a big international business is run on our Marketing apprenticeship programme. You can expect to experience two rotations, working as part of one of the teams responsible for our iconic brands, working closely with many internal functions and external agencies. Rotations could include:

  • Innovation projects – work supporting the team in launching to the market big projects and even being directly responsible to lead smaller new products and promotions. This will contribute to develop commercial skills, lead P&Ls and work with factories and R&D to develop new great tasting products.
  • Communication campaigns - support on great award-winning communication campaigns with the opportunity to lead social, PR and internal events.
  • In-store activation – work with other internal departments to bring the brand campaigns to life in-store.
  • Analysis/Strategy – support the marketing team by understanding and analysing consumer insights, brand performance and competitive landscape.
  • Adhoc marketing support – such as budget management, samples, organising events.

Degree:

  • Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (BA Hons Business Management)

University:

  • Kent University

Work and Study Split:

  • Typically 2-3 days a week based at our Uxbridge office or London-based Marketing agency
  • 1- 2 days a week working from home
  • 1 day per week for study / at university.

Routes for progression post Apprenticeship completion:

  • Towards the end of your apprenticeship the business will support you to apply for any suitable vacant roles in order to progress your career within Mondelez International.

Starting Date

  • Our Apprenticeship programs start every September, and for this role you would start September 2024.

Duration

  • Your Apprenticeship will be in line with your education, expected to be 3 years depending on the modules you study.

Education / Certifications:

  • Five GCSEs grades A*- C or equivalent 9 to 5 number grades, including Math’s and English. Plus three A-level grades at 120 points, or BBB, or equivalent.

Closing date for applications is midday Friday 22nd March 2024.

We will be holding our final stage assessment centre for this role in-person at our Uxbridge offices on Tuesday 16th April 2024. Reasonable travel expenses will be covered.
