Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing & Events Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives and events to promote our brand and engage our target audience. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding events and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Execution:
Plan and coordinate all aspects of company events, including but not limited to product launches, promotional events, conferences, and client meetings.
Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, and transportation.
Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure successful event execution.
Oversee onsite event setup, registration, and attendee management.
Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Marketing Campaigns:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
Content Creation and Management:
Create engaging content for marketing materials, social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure timely and consistent delivery of marketing messages.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather content and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, partners, and key stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to marketing initiatives and events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in event planning, marketing, or related roles.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, social media management platforms).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
