Marketing Executive

Ambition is seeking a Marketing Executive for its UK team, focusing on the UK and US markets. The role includes managing social media, internal communications, events, external engagements, podcasts, newsletters, advertising, content marketing, website maintenance, video production, and global marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media: Manage and update LinkedIn and Instagram, launch TikTok presence, plan social media strategies, and ensure brand consistency.

Internal Communications & Events: Refresh office materials, manage the Culture Calendar, promote and organize internal events, and handle CSR activities.

External Events: Plan and attend events, create communications, and analyze event ROI.

Podcast: Coordinate with freelancers for editing, produce video snippets, and manage podcast uploads.

Newsletters: Collaborate with consultants for monthly newsletters and report on performance metrics.

Advertising: Oversee job advert formatting and compliance.

Content Marketing: Generate content ideas, maintain blog schedules, and repurpose content.

Website: Update content, manage profiles, and ensure current information.

Video: Produce videos for internal and external use.

Global Marketing: Collaborate on international marketing efforts and enhance employer branding.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and have a keen eye for detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
