As our new Marketing Executive, your mission will be to champion our brand and ensure Zest stands out in the marketplace. You’ll be the creative genius behind our marketing campaigns, both online and offline, driving engagement and converting leads into loyalty.

Do you have the capability to:

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with our company goals.
• Manage social media platforms, engaging with our community and driving traffic to our website.
• Create captivating content for multiple channels including digital and traditional communication methods.
• Analyse campaign performance and adapt strategies to maximise results.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Take ownership of our social responsibility program and deliver charitable events.
• Keep up to date with evolving marketing trends and future technologies to ensure Zest are continually innovating.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing role.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, with expertise in WordPress, social platforms, CRM, and google tools.
• A natural storyteller with exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and metrics to guide decisions.
• A keen eye for design and experience with marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
