We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our product recall and remediation services, as well as to enhance brand awareness. Responsibilities:
- Assist with developing and executing strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple mediums, including email, social media (paid and organic), paid search, and display advertising.
- Proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns, and finesse/adapt as required.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Review website analytics and identify trends in different data sets to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Help manage the company website, including content updates, optimization, and user experience enhancements – informed by user insights.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal production teams to create marketing collateral, such as sales materials, presentations, company flyers and brochures.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and help apply them to our strategies.
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in digital marketing (ideally in a B2B context), with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (copy, design, development etc.).
- Creativity and innovation to help develop engaging marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences across countries.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Experience in SEO, SEM and paid and organic social practices.
- Availability to attend occasional events and conferences outside of regular working hours.
- Strong English language skills and ability to write effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a meticulous approach to work.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
