As a Mass Fundraising Marketing Executive, you will help deliver sector leading, inspirational and valuable marketing campaigns that inspire new and potential supporters to support the charity. You will be engaging and mobilising both individuals and communities to support of the British Heart Foundation (BHF)’s strategy to fund lifesaving research through fundraising and engagement.
This is an amazing opportunity to work on multiple campaigns across traditional Individual Giving products (Regular Giving and Lotteries) as well as Legacies and Events, supporting the development and management of the team’s acquisition plans across a wide range of campaigns, marketing income-generating products and propositions for BHF.
Please note that this role will be known internally as a Mass Fundraising Acquisition Marketing Executive
The post holder will:
- Drive income via recruitment of thousands of new supporters
- Support with multiple agency relationships
- Have a focus on stakeholder engagement
- Have excellent organisation and coordination skills
Working with BHF’s agencies on both large scale and always on campaigns, this role will be responsible for managing the delivery and monitoring the results of the campaigns.
Working arrangements
We have two opportunities available, one permanent role and, the second, a 12 month fixed term contract.
This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London Office.
The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do. This may vary from time to time, so you must be prepared to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause. Most of our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office each week, on average.

About you
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
- Some Marketing knowledge or experience is preferable but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and team working skills
- Experience of working in a fast-moving team
- Experience of prioritising and working on multiple projects concurrently
- The ability to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- IT literate, with experience of using CRM systems and MS Officer
- Experience of supporting multiple external agency relationships
