OBJECTIVES :
- To support the delivery of new business sales through content support such as brochures, presentations, and leaflet development
- Take the lead to increase awareness of Coface UKI projects, increase positive reputation internally and externally through everyday staff or group updates, broker newsletters and policy updates
- Develop interest and awareness within the UK and Ireland of Coface’s services to help sales secure profitable business for Coface
- Support on lead generation campaigns with the Marketing Team, from developing content to managing campaigns with sales, via our tools
PROFILE :
Key Tasks and Responsibilities :
- Write content for articles that will be distributed internally and externally
- Lead on communications for internal and external projects
- Work with Marketing Team to develop campaigns for sales
- Work with sales to enhance sales campaigns via content and marketing know-how
- To proofread documents used by teams across the business
- To work with external agencies where required on content and campaigns
- Complete KYS (know your supplier) as and when required
- To monitor and report on campaigns, tracking return on investment
- Adhoc support across all marketing functions
- Be a team player
SPECIALIST SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Strong networking skills internal and external (people person)
- Possess an exceptional standard of spoken and written English
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Have the ability to manage your own time, demonstrate a high level of organisation, and complete tasks within set deadlines, whilst working on a number of projects simultaneously
- Be a self-starter and actively seek to take the lead where applicable
- Have experience in copywriting, proofreading, working with external agencies, and the use of B2B social media such as LinkedIn
- Have experience using email marketing packages and content management systems
- Knowledge of the current economic climate and how it affects the market

- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft. Word & Excel & PowerPoint
- CRM
- Ideal but not essential: Eloqua, WordPress, Webinar platforms, Hootsuite & Adobe
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum GCSE level education including a pass in English and Maths
- Desirable: degree educated in Marketing or Business Finance related discipline
