Location: Cosham, Hampshire (Hybrid)

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Marketing Director to execute and refine marketing strategies. Responsibilities include content creation, campaign management, and enhancing online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum engagement and ROI.
• Analyze and adjust campaign strategies based on performance data.
• Create compelling content for various platforms.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams for cohesive marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes.

Requirements:

• Proven marketing experience, ideally in a niche market.
• Strong digital marketing skills and experience with analytical tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in content creation and editing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• A degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred but not required.
