As a Marketing Executive, you will be an integral part of Northwest Europe marketing team, responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to drive engagement and revenue growth within our key accounts. 

You will collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and customer success management teams to create personalised marketing campaigns that resonate with our high-value clients.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

ACCOUNT RESEARCH & SEGMENTATION

Conduct thorough research and analysis of target accounts to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points

Utilise data to aid in decision-making on account prioritisation and personalised marketing outreach

PERSONALISED CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT

Collaborate with the marketing & account team to design and implement 1:1 marketing campaigns tailored to specific accounts

Create compelling content, messaging, and activations that align with the identified outcomes and needs of each account

CHANNEL STRATEGY

Identify and recommend the most effective marketing channels for reaching target accounts, including events, email marketing, social media, direct mail, and other relevant platforms

SALES & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Work closely with the sales and account management teams to align marketing efforts with their strategies and objectives

Foster strong communication to ensure marketing initiatives support the sales process effectively

RESEARCH

Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience for key accounts through personalised marketing efforts and customer-focused initiatives.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Account-Based Marketing. Share knowledge and insights with the marketing team to enhance overall marketing strategies.

DATA ANALYSIS/TRACKING

Utilise data analytics tools and marketing automation software to measure campaign performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs)

Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns based on data-driven insights
