The Advocate Group is partnering with a key client of ours, on the search for an Event & Activation Manager. This is a Globally Leading Drinks business, and a great opportunity to supercharge a Marketing career in the FMCG world.

The Role:

• Managing the brand's partner program within motorsport pillars to include recruiting new and nurturing existing relationships with credible partners, working with them to support their events, as well as monitoring and reporting on all partner activities
• Recruit, train and run a diverse, edgy and on-brand team of individual ambassadors
• Deliver a high-energy, quality brand experience through activation of the events marketing plan
• Responsible for the maintenance of GB local marketing vehicles
• Responsible for onsite activation at events
• Managing the care and control of the physical collateral (equipment, vehicles and merchandise)
• Reporting of all local marketing activities following company guidelines

The Person:

• Full driving license is essential, and you must have held a license for over 3 years
• Proven track record in events and marketing, preferably in the entertainment, sports or FMCG industry.
• Passion for high-energy sports and activities
• Strong project management skills with the ability to execute event campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to manage athletes and partners effectively.
• Budget management experience with a focus on maximising ROI.
• Confident presenter capable of delivering compelling reports and plans to stakeholders.
