Marketing Lead

Your new company
Hays are exclusively representing a software company in Greater Belfast to recruit a Marketing Lead. As they continue to expand their services and grow their client base, they are excited to create a new role for a Marketing Lead who will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's brand identity and driving business growth. This is an initial 6-month contract with the view to become permanent.

Your new role
As Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that showcase our client's expertise, enhance their visibility, and attract potential clients. This is a newly created role that will be pivotal in enhancing the visibility of our client's company and showcasing their abilities to potential clients. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and market presence.
• Elevate our client's brand presence by developing and implementing brand awareness campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events, etc.).
• Crafting compelling narratives that highlight our client's success stories, client testimonials, and thought leadership
• Collaborate with internal teams to create targeted campaigns that highlight our unique value proposition.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights and assessing against goals.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to execute marketing initiatives.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree qualified in Marketing, Business, or a related field (desirable)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a focus on B2B, technology or consulting services.
• Strong understanding of the software consultancy industry and its market dynamics.
• Demonstrated success in developing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business results.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proficient in marketing analytics and tools to track performance and customer engagement.
  

What you'll get in return
Salary of £40,000-£50,000 depending on experience, private medical insurance, 30 days annual leave, pension, bonus structure, cycle to work, free parking and social events. There is no hybrid working in this role.
