What You Will Be Doing

• Plan and implement multiple marketing initiatives across various platforms.


• Content copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.


• SEO and SEM management and optimization.


• Create, manage and iterate marketing campaigns.


• Assist in the product management of all our service offerings.


• Responsible for managing all of our clients marketing campaigns from creation & inception through to completion, evaluation & iteration.


• Measure, analyse and report on marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).


• Collaboration with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.


• Management of social media, mail marketing, and influencer marketing activities.


• Prioritisation and spend of marketing budget.


• Coordinate and participate in promotional activities, event days and trade shows to market products and services.


• Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.


• Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on company objectives, market characteristics and budgets.


• Initiate market research and analyse findings.


• Manage projects within the marketing department adhering to the marketing strategy.


• Manage all digital platforms for the organisation.


• Be the first point of call for all marketing related activities both internally and externally.

What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertising or another related field.


• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing manager role or similar.


• Adobe CS - InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop


• Microsoft Office 365 applications


• Photography experience


• Hands-on, self-motivated and naturally organised individual


• Creative with good attention to detail


• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines


• Proactive, task driven and positive attitude


• Good interpersonal and communication skills
