Our client based in between Banbury, Bicester and Brackley is a long-standing and successful company that provides advice and expertise to companies across the world. They are now looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team, This is a stand-alone Senior Marketing role reporting directly to the Managing Director. The role will involve liaising with the Sales department, executing marketing strategies, driving customer engagement, and supporting the growth of the business. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a B2B Marketing role and will be self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
Main Responsibilities:
- Formulating and executing marketing strategies to promote our B2B website, driving customer acquisition and lead generation.
- Implementing integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels, encompassing email marketing, social media, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, conduct competitor analysis, and gain customer insights, leveraging this data to enhance marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Assisting in the creation of engaging content, spanning blog posts, case studies, and product descriptions, to captivate the target audience and stimulate conversions.
- Overseeing and refining our social media presence, including content creation and scheduling, engagement monitoring, and performance analysis.
- Coordinating webinars, virtual and in-person events, and other marketing initiatives to educate and involve potential customers.
- Collaborating with the sales team to produce marketing collateral, sales presentations, and sales enablement materials that effectively convey the value proposition.
- Monitoring and analysing crucial marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, email open rates, and campaign ROI, and providing regular reports to the management team.
- Remaining informed about the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B marketing, and leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in B2B Marketing.
- Degree-level education in a related field.
- Proficient understanding of Digital Marketing Principles, including SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media, and Paid Advertising.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude, eager to learn and contribute within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating compelling content and delivering engaging presentations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organisational skills with demonstrated experience managing multiple projects concurrently within tight deadlines.
Additional Information:
- Please note this is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Thursday 8.30 am – 5 pm and 4.30 pm finishing on a Friday, fully on-site.
- 23 days holidays plus Bank Holidays.
