Job description

Marketing Manager

Are you an experienced marketer with a knack for crafting campaigns and lead generation? We're seeking a dynamic individual to be solely responsible for our clients marketing efforts in all areas.

This role would suit someone who has experience being the sole marketing person within a company offering products or services.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Proven experience in a marketing role with a focus on digital marketing, content creation and lead generation.

- Proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant digital marketing tools.

- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

- Demonstrated expertise in social media management and community engagement.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decision-making.

- Creativity, innovation, and a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Online Presence Enhancement: Develop and execute strategies to elevate online visibility and brand awareness across various digital platforms along with driving traffic to their website and generating leads for the sales teams.

2. Social Media Mastery: Manage and curate engaging content across social media channels to foster community engagement and drive brand loyalty.

3. SEO Wizardry: Optimise digital content and website to rank organically, ensuring maximum visibility and traffic generation.

4. Strategic Campaign Management: Conceptualise, plan, and execute innovative marketing campaigns utilizing mailshots, PPC, and other digital channels to reach the target audience effectively and generate leads.

5. Content Creation Extraordinaire: Craft compelling and relevant content for all marketing channels, leveraging the full potential of the Adobe Suite to deliver visually stunning and impactful materials.

6. Analytics and Optimization: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, drawing actionable insights to continually refine and optimise marketing strategies.

7. Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and product development to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment with company objectives.
