Marketing Manager

Our client is a market leader in the design and build of buiding solutions througout the UK.

They are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager to join ther busy team.

You will be experienced in digital and print media, able to work within a team and autonomously when required, plan the marketing budget for the year as well as supporting the sales team. The job is predominantly office based however there will be an occasional requirement for travel within the UK and Europe.

There is an exciting new website coming, so you will be working alongside external consultants to ensure this showcases their products in the best way possible.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with digital marketing best practices
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors

Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software, Adobe, Photoshop and social media management platforms
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for website optimization
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
