Role Overview:

As the Marketing Manager at Just clear, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies. You will have the exciting opportunity to drive awareness, engage our audience, and contribute to the growth of our sustainable brand. Based in our Kingston HQ you'll work closely with the Commercial Director to align marketing efforts to our sales/growth plans.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
• Create engaging and compelling content across various platforms to communicate our sustainability mission and services.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, events, email campaigns, and SEO strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
• Analyse campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimise results.

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the sustainability or eco-friendly industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to promote sustainable practices.
