Form of workWe have an exciting new role for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing the positioning of brand and increasing revenues. Areas of focus will include social media, digital advertising, data analytics, content management, PR, and corporate communications.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Oversee all key creative areas of the business and managing the production pipeline.
- Develop and implement a marketing and content strategy to increase brand awareness.
- Managing incoming briefs, workflow and sign off process.
- Create and execute a compelling marketing calendar to meet business objectives.
- Develop strategic relationship with media partners.
- Create and execute all-encompassing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer retention and customer acquisition.
- Create briefs for short article and press releases.
- Establish exceptional cross-functional that enable to create and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Develop brand messaging and marketing material as and when required across all platforms including retail stores.
- Execute the internal and external newsletters.
- Build rapport with partner organisations and promote collaborative messaging around community and social impact.
- Support agencies with PR communications.
Person specification:
- Strong marketing background with knowledge of all relevant aspects of marketing a growing business - Leather/Fashion would be beneficial.
- A true marketer, skilled across the broad marketing mix.
- Experience managing a team; must possess leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing Marketing budgets.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a critical thinker
- Responds positively to changing priorities with a growth mindset.
- Commercial minded whilst using creative approach to seek opportunities.
- An appreciation towards working in a small, collaborative and hands on team.
