Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:
- Data Analysis and reporting: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Content Development: Collaborate with the marketing team and our agencies to develop compelling and engaging content for various marketing materials.
Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.
Work hands-on in creating and optimising content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. - Strategy Planning and Development: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with brand requirements and company objectives.
- Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from initial concept, to analysis, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website content, SEO, and social media advertising, to maximise online presence and effectiveness.
Requirements of the Marketing Manager:
- You will have a Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or minimum of 2 years proven experience in a hands-on similar marketing role.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation and exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly skilled in Excel for data manipulation, analysis and reporting.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools and platforms. (e.g Google Analytics, CRM software, social media management tools)
- You will be required to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a flexible approach to working hours during peak times.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach with a willingness to actively contribute to campaign execution.
- Attention to detail imperative and remaining calm under pressure.
- Willing to travel to other sites and possess a full UK driving licence.
