Main Duties
The Role
Based in Battersea, London, your primary role will be to plan and implement a marketing strategy for the business, with a strong focus on digital content. You will also be responsible for capturing and editing project assets so a strong creative eye and a passion for photography and videography is essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and implementing a marketing strategy for the business, working closely with the rest of the team, suppliers and external resources to develop impactful and cohesive digital content.
- Joining Project Managers on site and capturing assets for all key projects through both photography and videography, then editing all assets in-house.
- Managing the content calendar with sole responsibility for ensuring assets are produced and posted in line with the schedule.
- Writing compelling content for multiple channels, including all social media copy, email campaigns, blog posts and more.
- Collating and delivering monthly performance reports on organic and paid social media, email, website and competitor activity.
- Managing our website, ensuring the content displayed is relevant and up to date.
- Managing LVF’s presence on key digital portals (e.g. The WED).
- Introducing procedures/processes to ensure all content is appropriately and systematically stored/filed.
- Curating all marketing collateral for the business (e.g. the company lookbook).
- Supporting the wider team in the planning and delivery of internal marketing events.

- Participating in team meetings to ensure polished content is delivered in a timely manner
- Help the team generate fresh ideas during wider brainstorming discussions.
Skills and Experience Required
What We’re Looking For
- Someone personable, passionate and ambitious, who is excited by the prospect of working within a fast-paced, creative environment.
- An experienced multi-channel digital marketer, with a minimum of middleweight-level industry experience.
- A skilled photographer and videographer, capable of capturing and editing project assets yourself.
- Strong organisational and time management skills. You must be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A self-starter with a professional and mature working attitude.
- Proven ability in writing, editing and proofreading both digital and print content.
- Proven ability in social media management.
- A good understanding of traditional marketing, the social media landscape and technology trends.
- A meticulous attention to detail.
- A creative thinker capable of independent problem solving.
- Proficiency in using computer software and programmes, including AppleMac, Excel, GoogleSuite and Adobe Creative Suite.
