Marketing Manager - Acquisition & Retention - 6 Month Ftc

About the role
As a Marketing Manager, reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager you play an important leadership role in the Marketing Team and Commercial Office.
This is a minimum 6-month FTC in a very fast-paced space that is going through a lot of change and an opportunity to be effective and add value. Primary focus is to deliver our acquisition and retention communications to our members. Launching products, managing annual events and creating engaging customer journeys leading to brand loyalty.
Building a high performing team, challenging existing process, future proofing our communications strategy, this is an exciting opportunity to drive change and future proof our communications strategy. With significant exposure to senior leadership, you should be confident presenting and communicating with a range of stakeholders.
The purpose is to actively help the Marketing Team and Commercial Office succeed, collaborating with others to problem solve and drive positive outcomes for the Society.

About you
You’ll have previous marketing experience in a fast-paced marketing team where you have demonstrated the ability to create engaging communications and customer journeys to support deliver results across multiple channels.
You’ll have experience engaging at various stakeholders’ levels across the business including Senior Management and Exec level.
Ability to use data to analyse and inform our communications for the benefit of the member and the Society.
People leadership, experienced in coaching and mentoring the team to excel
Educated to degree level or the equivalent experience
