The Marketing Campaign Management team is looking for a Marketing Manager (FTC) who will plan and execute marketing campaigns to recruit warehouse employees for our fulfilment centres across Europe. Join our marketing team while we are going through an exciting structural transformation that will further enable marketing technology, data science and processes to scale. This provides many opportunities to manage additional marketing related projects.
Type: 12 months FTC (maternity cover)
Key job responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to activate multi-channel marketing campaigns across Europe, while also supporting on the transition of the marketing department. As the Marketing Manager your responsibilities will include:
• Plan, execute and manage candidate-facing multi-channel campaigns across EU that achieve key performance metric goals, ensuring application delivery is at the right level and campaigns launch according to business need
• Analyze performance data to evaluate appropriate marketing direction to solve hiring demand for the business
• Partner with our internal Performance Marketing team, Hiring Agencies and Media Agencies for campaign planning and buying, ensuring efficiency through campaign optimization
• Plan the targeting and communication strategy with wider internal business stakeholders to build awareness, attract candidates, increase application conversion and associate retention
• Act as Marketing Evangelists towards business stakeholders to build awareness, drive adoption, articulate tradeoffs, and communicate Marketing initiatives, plans and progress to (senior) executives
• Partner with wider marketing teams to support on key projects as part of the transformation roadmap (e.g. including new tech, lifecycle marketing, automation and process implementation)

Our primary objective is to attract talent for various operational business lines, including Fulfillment Centers, Transportation, and Logistics, encompassing both blue and white-collar roles. To achieve this objective, we execute multiple marketing campaigns across the EU. These campaigns are aligned with a tailored media strategy and are supported by Analytics, MarTech, Creative, and Marketing Ops teams. We also drive initiatives aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of our processes and results.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
London, GBR
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
- Experience in planning and executing paid marketing campaigns and working with media agencies
- Experience in using data and anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
- Experience managing projects with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
- Proficiency in written and verbal English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Understanding of recruitment marketing and/or staffing processes and nuances in local labor markets
- Experience in other marketing areas (CRM, event marketing)
- Experience working in an international environment
