The Role: Head of Digital and Content Marketing

Responsibilities:
Website and Content Management
Make recommendations for UX improvements to the customer journey to generate higher organic traffic and attributed revenue.
Evolve website through relevant integrations (eg HubSpot forms, pop-ups forms) in line with revenue objectives, eg to improve customer experience and attributed revenue.
Manage project to develop new channels from scratch; as well as enhance organic traffic and its attributed revenue.
Manage, enhance, update all content on the website in a timely manner (using our off[1]shore, Egham team and other international members)
Manage content pipeline and ensure to develop relevant content from start to finish (in efficient collaboration with key stakeholders (such as product experts) in line with business needs and the B2B buyer journey
Highly experienced in creating persuasive B2B marketing content, including whitepapers, website/landing pages, promotional emails, webinars, collateral (product brochures, corporate brochure), video storyboard/Scripting/voiceover, PR material (articles, commentaries, etc.) and more.
Awareness of, and reactive to, trending content
Liaise with all the relevant Marketing and Growth areas, as well, as owning Marcomms (and Brand guardian) functions.
Digital and Content Marketing (including Marcomms)
Drive the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Paid Search (PPC), search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, content marketing, affiliate marketing, others.
Manage the corporate Social Media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and advise of new ones to launch to maximize the engagement (and attributed revenue) with our target audience.
Own all their API integrations with HubSpot and CLIENT CRM
Establish a style across all channels that delivers trust, positive perception and connects emotionally with our target audience.
Deliver and optimize all paid and organic social media advertising according to the budget and schedule, to maximise revenue growth.
OWN DEMAND GENERATION (digital and off-line) to provide LEADS to tele[1]marketing, open channel, resellers, account managers, etc.
Define relevant business use cases and build respective marketing automation workflows (including all supporting content/material), HubSpot advanced expertise is a MUST.
Drive and optimise digital engagement with the right content to the right audience at the right time.
Promote CLIENT and its products through the content elements via a multi-channel strategy in line with the buyer journey; ie SEO, Email, workflows, social, paid search, popup forms
Analyse the opportunities for dynamic content, A/B testing, Account Based Marketing, affiliate/influencing marketing and more.
Management
Manage international and off-shore teams.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as product management, sales, tele[1]marketing, and other marketing team members to ensure digital marketing efforts are aligned with product launches, commercial needs, promotional activities, and revenue targets.
Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and drive data-driven decision making.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize digital marketing initiatives.

Skills and Abilities:
Strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing channels, techniques, and best practices.
5 years+ experience in a leading Digital and Content marketing and revenue function
B2B experience
Highly proficient in using and evolving HubSpot (CMS and MarketingHUB and SalesHUB) - as a MUST
Proactive - must be able to identify and prioritize work in line with revenue/marketing objectives
Strong project management skills - able to effectively manage external contractors, agencies, off-shore teams, colleagues and managers to ensure delivery deadlines, budgets and revenue objectives are met.
In-depth knowledge of paid search (PPC), search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, display advertising, affiliate marketing, influencing marketing and all their APIs.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Extraordinary attentions to details, proficient skills of PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written English.
Languages: English (native-fluent) and another European language.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Digital (or Marketing) and Technical Engineering career background is required (coding/programming advance knowledge is a MUST)
Minimum 5 years' experience as leading/managerial role for international teams and off[1]shore teams.
Experience in developing new websites from scratch, channels from scratch, HubSpot integrations from scratch.
