We are looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee the creation and implementation of marketing materials and strategies for a well-established cleaning company operating across London. The role is based in North London and requires a candidate with exceptional writing and copywriting skills, capable of working alongside the sales team to support with tenders, manage social media platforms, and contribute to lead generation without direct sales involvement.
Day-to-day of the role:- Develop and produce business collateral, including brochures, leaflets, and website content that aligns with the company’s brand and standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to assist with tender submissions and marketing support.
- Write and maintain engaging and grammatically correct content for blogs, social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook, ensuring brand relevancy.
- Oversee the regional office websites, ensuring consistency and brand replication across all online presences.
- Implement lead generation strategies through email campaigns and website optimisation, focusing on capturing visitor information.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, aiming to achieve a target of 150 leads per month and approximately 3,000 per year.
- Proven experience in marketing, copywriting, and content creation.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, persuasive, and grammatically correct content.
- Experience in managing social media platforms and maintaining a strong online presence.
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques and email marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a sales team.
- No requirement for people management but must be able to coordinate with various teams effectively.
- Competitive salary of £30,000.
