Working for a food and beverage wholesaler which services some of London's most prestigious restaurants and hotels you will be joining as their newest addition to the sales and marketing team. You will work closely with the sales and design teams to raise brand awareness and increase trade.
This role is based onsite in their North London office.
Key responsibilities:
- With the support of management and stakeholders, develop and own a marketing strategy that drives awareness and maximises new customer on-boarding.
- Develop and own customer communications, including email marketing campaigns, content for promotional campaigns and collateral.
- Oversee the day to day work and mentor junior memebers of the design and marketing team.
- Analyses the ROI of campaigns.
- Event management of tradeshows, wine tastings, and customer events throughout the year.
- Report on market data and industry trends and strategize activities to capitalise on them.
- Maintain the company's trade websites, including updating content and management of the website
- Work closely with the relevant stakeholders and 3rd parties to ensure all projects are completed according to deadlines.
- Write content for company news, new product launches, and press releases.
- Maintain the company's social media pages, working with the graphic design team to come up with ideas for content.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the UK food & and beverage market and experience marketing food, wine or spirits into the on and off-trade.
- Experience in leading a team and mentoring junior members of staff.
- Experience working with web CMS (specifically Wordpress would be advantageous).
- Adobe CC digital design skills (advantageous but not essential)
- EasyCatalog plug-in for InDesign (advantageous but not essential)
