About the Marketing Manager role

We’re ready for a driven, creative and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team of highly skilled, friendly staff and take our marketing to the next level.
This fully remote position offers true autonomy and a rare opportunity to make the role your own. Central to the marketing of the Dial 9 value proposition, you’ll have a direct influence on the growth of the brand in terms of revenue, profitability and brand value. More specifically, the Marketing Manager’s responsibilities will be to:
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing programs from ideation to implementation, leveraging internal and external stakeholders as necessary
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target audiences
- Gather customer and market insights to inform marketing strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate qualified leads
- Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, PPC campaigns, publicity, and social media
- Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimise accordingly
You’ll have a proven track record in a Marketing Manager role or similar, developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels and be comfortable with getting your marketing mitts dirty with day-to-day activities as well as applying your hard-earned business nous to develop long-term strategy.
Essential skills
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with marketing automation, monitoring and CRM tools
- Experience within the telecoms/VoIP industry
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Salary in the region of £40,000-£50,000 depending on experience
- Fully remote role. Some of the team choose to meet up once a month in Bournemouth, which is completely optional but there if you prefer a bit more face time with colleagues.
