Marketing Manager - Residential Development & Investment
The role
Reporting to the Head of Residential Development & Investment PR/Marketing, this role is responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of all marketing related to the Residential Development & Investment business.
Residential Development & Investment offers a wide range of professional services to clients with needs across the property spectrum. The department comprises five main subdivisions: Living Sectors, Residential Land, Consultancy, New Homes, and Knight Frank Capital Advisory.
This role requires exceptional project management skills, excellent relationship development skills, a collaborative approach, plus proven experience across all marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Head of Residential Development & Investment PR/Marketing, as well as other team members including Head of Residential Development Research and Residential Development Client Relationship Executive, to develop and manage the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for the department’s service lines.
- Create core marketing messaging, positioning and managing the production of campaigns with the Marketing Activation Team over various channels (digital, print, social, video etc)
- Work with the extended Marcoms team to produce deliverables including innovative thought-leadership and research insight, delivering on time, on budget and with flawless attention to detail
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, advising them on marketing best practice and demonstrating how marketing initiatives directly support their business objectives
- Advise and manage the marketing budget for the Residential Development & Investment business by analysing, evaluating and providing recommendations for marketing activity.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team, aligning Residential Development & Investment’s marketing strategy and objectives with those of the wider business to ensure key activity, market insights and campaigns are leveraged.
- Measure, analyse and optimise marketing campaigns. Identifying impact, areas of success and optimisation for future activity.
- Regularly present marketing plans and results to senior stakeholders
Professional Experience and Personal Skills Profile
- At least four years’ marketing experience within property, professional services, a corporate environment or agency-side
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills is mandatory
- Design literate with proficient copy writing skills and the ability to proof-read effectively
- Strong experience in marketing Research, Insight and thought leadership to target audiences across various channels
- Up-to-date with digital and social routes to market and an ability to interpret their analytics to enhance future effectiveness
- Highly organised with an ability to work at speed, across projects with multiple stakeholders without any loss of quality of delivery
- Confident and articulate, including good presentation skills, quick to learn and empathetic towards others in the business
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, (including Excel and PowerPoint), with a knowledge of Dotmailer being useful
