Overview:
My Client, an international online travel agency, is looking for a Marketing Manager (Segment Marketing) to join their team, focussed on driving the new strategic direction for our 2024 comms plans, rolling out a brand new loyalty programme and existing new comms to drive KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global CRM team of 4 (multi-brand)
- Create and execute (via team of 4) calendar of marketing comms across email and push
- Analyse results, adapting comms plans, business cases and T&L as appropriate, leading a X-team readout
- Manage multiple stakeholders as well as liaising cross-functionally with analytics and performance teams
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience managing and leading large scale, global CRM projects.
- Defines how to leverage past communications data and KPIs to inform strategy.
- Defines partner/customer comms strategy to meet goals of growing loyalty and SOW.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant complex software program(s).
- Demonstrates advanced technical skills to create campaigns, communications, manage communication flow and reporting using relevant platform(s).
- Expert in budget management and ROI assessment.
