We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented B2B Marketing wizard holding a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 7+ years of experience. Bonus points if you have previous experience in successfully launching and scaling an innovative B2B product through marketing initiatives. You’ll be a digital marketing guru, adept at crafting strategic campaigns across various channels. You must be a content creation pro, utilising design and editing tools like Canva and Photoshop.
With a proven track record of success, you’ll excel at lead generation through integrated digital campaigns. Planning, executing, and measuring across email, social media, display ads, and Google AdWords are your forte. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating creativity and efficiency. Experience working with agencies and other suppliers is essential. Ideally you will also be familiar with LinkedIn campaigns, and multi-channel marketing. A self-starter with a collaborative spirit and a relentless drive for excellence, you’re committed to high marketing standards and best practices.
The role
As Marketing Manager, you will lead our high-impact marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will be to:
- Review and develop the company’s brand positioning and marketing strategy.
- Conduct market research and identify competitors, key USPs, and differentiators for a winning PR and marketing strategy.
- Powerfully articulating the value proposition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing materials.
- Develop, deliver and execute integrated digital marketing and email campaigns.
- Create high-end graphic and video content to reach the target market.
- Develop relationships with all industry trade and PR publications.
- Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups.
- Update senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns.
- Collect, aggregate, and manage analytics from digital activities and campaigns.
- Work with the web CMS and integrations with CRM, related technologies, and future marketing platforms as needed.
- Develop relationships with new and existing key account Marketing Managers and directors to increase awareness and sales.
