About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our marketing team in ARO as the MarTech Manager. This is a technically-focused marketing role and requires a passion for analysing data, managing various technology platforms and supporting the marketing team with lead generation and customer communications. The purpose of this role is to manage the day-to-day operations of our Marketing Tech stack. We are looking for someone that will create scalable marketing automation processes to facilitate demand generation, nurturing and implementation.
Reporting to our Head of Marketing, the successful candidate must be a self-starter and capable of working in a fast-moving target driven environment.
What you will be doing
- Maintain and optimise a marketing technology stack that empowers the marketing team and scales as quickly as we are. This includes Dynamics, HubSpot, Google Ads, Analytics, Data Studio, Wordpress, SEO tools and CMS
- Establish and maintain scalable Marketing Operations processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
- Oversee the operational aspects of campaign planning, preparation, tracking and ROI attribution
- Understand the customer journey, lead flows and routing through our systems and oversee the acquisition, nurturing and assignment of leads
- Develop processes to manage database hygiene and optimisation
- Oversee and manage ongoing operational needs of the marketing team, including budgets/forecasting, monthly and quarterly reporting, campaign tracking, and ongoing reporting
- Work closely with our SEO and website hosting agencies
Requirements
What are we looking for?
Essential
- Experience of working with CRM platforms including triggered prospect nurturing, customer journeys, data importing, campaign management and automation
- Knowledge and experience of Wordpress site management
- Advanced knowledge of using Excel to manipulate and import data into the CRM
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Marketing and proven track record in Marketing Operations/Automation
- Demonstrated experience using marketing technologies to improve and optimise lead generation.
- Ability to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that balance business needs and system maintainability.
- Project management skills; can manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust and respect from peers.
- Positive disposition with high energy, self-directed team player.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Passionate about Marketing Operations strategy and staying current with industry trends.
- Able to demonstrate previous work with positive ROI and impressive results
Desirable
- HTML/CSS competence
- Knowledge of Elementor for Wordpress
- Previous experience of working in a B2B IT solutions company
- Intermediate knowledge levels of PowerBI
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and PECR
- A good understanding of the enterprise sales process.
- Degree level education preferable
