Marketing & Sales Assistant

Francesca s Recruitment is looking for a Marketing Assistant, this is a full-time permanent role based in Worksop.

Location Worksop

Hours Monday Friday 8.30am 5pm

Salary GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 depending on experience plus great benefits and parking.

In this role, you will be in direct contact with key stakeholders across the business and are expected to have a thorough knowledge of all Go To Market processes and our CRM system which is currently held on HubSpot . To excel in this position, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You also will be accountable for pulling together data from sources turning results into insights and inspiring action based on your findings. This role requires you to be a structured thinker, able to maximize GTM team productivity by simplifying work processes and able to understand the end-to-end workflow in order to boost the overall performance of our team and work alongside the Head of Marketing and Head of Commercial.

Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

• Own sales automation platform
• Create email snippets, sequences etc.
• Understands KPIs for Sales campaigns and analyse ROI
• Report during weekly sales call on inflow of leads, MQLs and conversions to SQL/SQO (pipeline)
• Be the owner of sales administration
• Measure, analyse and report on sales inbound traffic
• Support the marketing and product program: customer segmentation & identification of top tier accounts
• Measure, analyse and report on funnel creation and conversion rates for top tier accounts and sales ROI
• Provide input and guidance to the Marketing Team on CRM and Marketing Technology requirements needed to better enable Sales, Data hygiene in CRM

Marketing Assistant Requirements

• Outstanding experience with working with Sales automation platforms
• Experience with working with CRM systems
• Experience with supporting lead importing processes related to events and sales campaigns
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales operations, CRM IT and wider marketing disciplines
• Deep understanding of digital marketing principles & reporting requirements of different disciplines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Quick decision-making skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills. Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
• Ability to work in a team with a positive attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills.
