ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity:
- The Mktg Sr. Analyst is responsible for developing the Professional and Sports strategy ensuring integration with Gatorade marketing plan. The role is also responsible for developing planning and controlling sporting events and Professional marketing activations aligned with Regional GSSI needs & Vision.
- Main liaison between market and GSSI Regional management ensuring guideline compliance and continuous involvement of Institute in all related activities
- Also in charge of managing communication with advertising agencies and bottler to build a support system that will help execute the marketing agenda for Below the line Activation
- Develops and implements the full trade marketing strategy for the Active channel including professional and sports targeted programs, negotiations with costumer`s top line management and other key stakeholders like government agencies and sporting partners
Your Impact:
As Marketing Sr Supervisor your responsibilities would consist of
- Support the execution of marketing programs. This requires coordination and communication with Marketing Manager, Finance, Bottler and advertising agency to implement plans and to resolve operational problems.
- Work jointly with Franchise trade & sales division to develop & implement trade marketing and retail development best practices programs in key channels for Sports brands ensuring brand’s competitive position and provide specialized added value to main venues.
- Manage communication process between bottler and Franchise regarding promotion and merchandising programs for assigned plans.
- Frequent contact with the agencies (advertising, media, research, public relations) for the development of every activity of marketing in the sense of creating, programming (time and resources), coordinate materials production.
- Lead the development of the activities of marketing for the sponsorship of all professional sporting teams in the market.
- Leads CRM Strategy for Professional Opinion leaders in order to guarantee Brand ambassador programs for both Gatorade; targeting Nutritionists, Sports medical community; Physical trainers, alternative medicine community etc…
- Lead negotiations with key allies and cosponsors in order to achieve long term commitment with companies like Adidas and with local government entities dedicated to supporting & promoting sports in the community.
Who Are We Looking For?

- University Degree (required)
Experience
- 4 - 5 of years of Experience in marketing (required)
- English intermediate-advanced (required)
- Knowledge of computer basics and marketing programs
- People and communication skills
- Budget management experience
- Knowledge about Sports fields
- Basic knowledge on nutritional and scientific health trends
- Multitasking
- Negotiation and influencing skills
