Job Description
We are working with a boutique consultancy who specialize in technology and digital transformation. The team is made up of advisors, consultants, technologists, and data scientists who collaborate with leading global consumer brands to unlock customer value, drive complex transformation agencies and champion customer-centric agendas.
They typically work with consumer businesses on digital transformations, customer journey and experience improvements and customer-centric technology implementation.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead requirements gathering and process re-engineering efforts, emphasizing a comprehensive understanding of the Martech landscape.
- The ability to turn those requirements into clear solutions and recommendations / areas of priority focus.
- Leverage experience in the financial services sector to drive operational efficiency and implement transformative initiatives within the marketing and technology functions.
- Bring a well-rounded skill set in Marketing business analysis, showcasing a keen eye for process improvement, and a proven track record of success in similar roles.
Requirements
- Experience mapping out process flows within large B2C organisations, ideally within financial services.
- Understanding user requirements, being able to spot sub-optimal experiences and finding better solutions.
- Ideally some experience with technical workflow tools, Adobe Workfront experience is highly valued, but not essential.
