Job description
To provide Massage treatments to clients with the highest levels of customer care possible in one of our 11 uniquely designed treatment rooms. A beautifully finished spa with a relaxation room and outdoor hot tub overlooking the Mercedes-Benz World track. Gentle warming waterbeds in the peaceful meditation room, a sunlight therapy room, which uses full spectrum lighting and infrared heat to replicate natural sunlight with reduced level UVA & UVB rays for a safe and enjoyable experience.
Essential Responsibilities
• To have a basic knowledge of Spa Rules and Regulations.
• To offer great teamwork with the spa reception and management.
• To be familiar with all activities and facilities within the Hotel.
• Dealing with customer comments in the correct manner and advising the Spa Manager accordingly.
• To ensure the Spa and your treatment room is kept to a high standard of hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness always.
• To ensure that the hotel is promoted in a positive way at all times.
• To be thoroughly knowledgeable on the Comfort Zone treatment standard and products and deliver these on standard each time ensuring guest satisfaction
• To be adaptable and positive with changes throughout the day
• To clean and clear the spa where needed and assist with service and refreshments when required to do so.
• To carry our treatments to the high and correct standard ensuring client confidentiality and high levels of customer care.
• Ensure treatments are conducted on time and not cut short so the day runs smoothly.
• To give aftercare advice and sell retail products at every opportunity.
• To report for work on time, dressed in clean uniform with good personal hygiene.
• To ensure all equipment is in safe working order, maintained and serviced to the required standard.
• To be aware of budgeted targets for treatment and product sales.
